    Gear Ratios

Does anybody know the gear ratios on a stock 93 LX vs. a wagons transmission?

I keep hearing that the wagons are geared better, but haven't seen any numbers.

Wagon doesn't appear to be there, but the sedan is. You should go off trans numbers rather than vehicle type

If at first you don't succeed, Try again. Don't give up too easily, persistance pays off in the end.

Thanks. That's good info. I'm still searching to see if I can find the wagon details.

I will replace my MPXA witha APXA if I find they are geared better.

By better I mean quicker off the line.

That and turning my A1 into an A6 will be my project to keep me busy for the next six months while I wrap-up my AA degree. After that I actually have ot get a job.

Not to mention I have to get the rest of the car looking and running right.

Well, it has a different part number. And, I keep hearing on this forum that it is geared better.

I beleive it had the same raitios, it just has the prelude final drive. There for making every gear a little closer.

You should just go for the h23 tranny. Prob. alot esier to find.
