headers which one?

so i have headers already on my h22 accord i already have headers but i wanted to get new ones i have 4-2-1 but i have been looking at theese kamikaze headers 4-1 they have nicer clearence but does anybody know about theese are they good. i dont know anything about them.

Header

You have a header not two headers.

As for which ones to get, honestly there should be a bisimoto one coming out in the next month or two and I would wait for that before making a decision.

But Kamakazi, SMSP and a few others are all really good headers.

We are all anxiously waiting to see what bisi does though considering he is a god.

I like 4-1, kama... r good some ppl complain that their header bolts may get loose, use loc tight or something.

RMF/SMSP/Hytech/SSR make the best header for the H22. Im pretty sure they offer them in both designs ( not sure though). Dont F*** with Dc, Megan or Greddy. They are just replicas of the stock header,providing little gains if any. If you DO insist on getting one of these ''replicas'' do a 2.5 collector mod.

yeah i want mid to top power. i wont wait for bisi headers because they are way to expensive. but thanx for the info.

Bisi header

The h22 bisi header is supposed to be released at about $700. That is just as cheap as the other headers that produce power.

i did some reserch on kamikazee header and the rults were that they suck for stock apllication but are great on super charged cars. and problems with cracking as well. another header i keep hearing about is the tri y header i saw some dyno results but anyone hear tri them?

There is an ebay company that makes a great tri-Y setup....It's under $200 and good for your level of mods. Or you could just stick with the OEM h22 4-2-1 manifold

No need to try and make this any more complicated than it is. You don't want to spend any money so keep what you got, go back to an OEM manifold or go with a cheap $200 replica.

well i have a mugen and its ok. i got friends telling me this is good and that is good. but if it's so good why dont you have it. thats my response. my price range is in the 400 catagory. do you know what the name of the ebey company that makes thoose good replicas?

This is one of the better headers for the H22, a Hotshot header its got a 3" collector on it and has equal length runners. The guy I bought it from had it on an all motor H22 and it made 28whp over a DC sports one.
