    Need tips

    I cant get my crank pulley bolt off my h22 the block is in my garage on a dolly (so i cant be to rough or my motor will fall).
    I need to get in there so i can finish painting and check my timing, seals etc.......

    i have an airgun but its not strong enough to hit it off (max psi 125) i tried wedging the flywheel but thats a no go motor will fall with to much force..
    What to do???

    ANother question off topic wut solutions should i use to clean the inside of my tranny, its all gunked up ???

    i had the same problem with my da
    i treid everything and even cracked it

    i ended up having a shop pout my car on a lift and they got a huge pipe aand a couple guys, and it came off

    had to replace it with a megan underdrive pulley

      i invested in a lil $30 electric impact from WALMART( ... yea) and have yet had a crank pulley stand up a chance...

        You really want to use an impact wrench. You said you used an "airgun." Is it just a pneumatic wrench or truly an impact?
        And of course heat is the universal tool to remove stuck bolts. I believe David's farm (youtube) has a video about this.

                buy a Honda crank pulley removal tool. They're about 30 bucks shipped from Amazon.com it holds the crank pulley in place using the 50mm hex opening with a breaker bar and simultaneously break the nut free using another breaker bar. Thats the only other way to do it w/o a very good impact.

                  just spray some liquid wrench on it, let it sit for an hour or so and try it again. if not get the tool from amozon or sumthin
