    brake rotor/disc surface rust

Is it normal for your brake rotors/discs to have a rust like surface after you wash your car or it rains?
This happens to my rotors/discs everytime, and then goes away after i drive.
Does this mean they need replacement?

they're fine. Only time they need replaced is when they pulsate/vibrate from warping

Steel + water = Rust. It happens to every car when you dont drive it right away after a wash.
