so when you turn it on to 3 and 4, the air pressure stays as if it was on 2? and you have tried rebove the knob and turn the metal rod(where the knob connects) with a pair of pliers?

hmm.. either something is broken inside, or it's clogged. I say smack ur center console from ur passenger side. maybe tap on the back of the heater box and spray it with some canned/pressured air. maybe even spray air from the knob assembly area.

there is this white ceramic resistor switch on the blower motor housing that could be bad, it controls the fan speeds. Try swapping it out w/ a JY one and see if that helps. Its got a plug on it and mounts on the housing on the exterior. You should be able to see it pretty clearly w/o having to take anything apart...once you have the blower motor housing out.

Sounds like the switch is seizing after speed #2. Personally I would do some probing and diag. before I replaced anything, but since nobody likes to do that around here, I can guarantee you replacing the switch will solve the problem.

ive switch the resistor on the heater blower and nothing still the same

tryed useing pliers to turn but pass 2 it shuts off and no air flow

ive switch the whole air blower switch from a junkie and the samething

the only thing i can think of is something electrical must be going on or something is wrong with the blower it self
