popping noise in upper RPMs

I kinda have a similar problem. My H22A is having hesitation on accelaration. I have a H22A internal coil distributor. Which coil did you use, which year and model. I have a spare 90-91 F22A dizzy. I just want to know if I can use the coil and igniter on the jdm H22A distributor. Thanks and good to hear you got yours fixed.

yep, 90-91 Accord Ignitor and Coil are interchangeable w/ the JDM H22A, and as for the Distributor Cap and rotor, I'm going to use the one from the 99-00 Civic SI since its also internal coil and the cap/rotor are the same for my JDM H22A engine's distributor

I believe it is. I can't remember off hand if I have ever put an F22 ignitor in an H22 dizzy, but they look and are wired identically, so I don't see why not.

The heatsink may be different, but thats removable anyway.

You can also use the H23 non VTEC cap and rotor as I believe they are all the same.
