Well to be quite honest I dont. A guy on PreludePower that chips ECUs and tunes cars suggested it, and I thought it was worth a try.
Here is my thread.

meh, thats dependent on the amount of rotations when you do the compression test.
i just turn the engine over 5 times and read from each cylinder. i get fairly consistent readings that way. the whole vlave lash thing is about the camshaft and its overlap. it still wouldnt yield a 50psi comrpession result though.

Yea,this is true, I doubt Ill yield another 150 psi.
This is worth I try i think. I have a feeler gauge at my expense and I really want to learn how to adjust valves. So I figured, what the heck.lol
This is the perfect time to do so.

What he said is true, but it won't be in this case. Even WITHOUT the adjusting nut on the rocker, there's no way your compression will drop that low due to a loose valve lash. Maybe -20psi max.

OK alittle update
I took it to a friend that had a leak-down tester because I didnt have a leak-down tester nor a compresser. Well he induced a 100 psi and all of it leaked out . He says bent valve or really burnt valve. Either way Im looking for a new head. However I found one from the F20SI,which I heard is pretty much the same as the H23 head. My question is what should I look out for or is this a direct bolt-on?
Thanks in Advance.

just buy a new valve, valve stem seal and have the machine shop grind the seat, install the valve stem seals and resurface.
good rule of thumb is always replace the valve stem seals and surface the head. it's like always replacing the rear main seal when you have the engine/tranny out.

But I think if you're going to use the f20a head, you'd need to use the h23 or f23 head gasket. I'm not sure.
