    o2 Sensor Qustions!

ok I just picked up a a4 or a6 header ( dont rember witch, the one that has the 4-2-1 mani ) and down pipe. Well I noticed that there is no spot for the o2 sensor. This mani and down pipe came off a 95 ex. Im guessing the o2 sensor is on the cat?? So can I just tap a hole on the down pipe? Or should I tap the o2 on the cat so that the ecu get the correct reading?
    Thanks in advance!

    What?

95 EX does not have the a4 and a6 header.

Also F22B header will not fit F22A

It must have been swaped in then. I got it from the pick n pull. It came off a f22x It's NOT a F22b header I know this for a fact.

Ok , your description made me a little confused/berserk.

Anyway , the o2 hole should be before the flexpipe.

lol sorry. Well I think have everything up to the flex pipe and I didnt see a hole for the o2. The flex pipe connects to the down pipe right?

          Hear are some pics

*Edit* I 4got that the down pipe is off a f22b

            Poor retrofit.

They have cut off the flex pipe and where the o2 hole is located.
You just have to grab another downpipe.

                      Ok update!

Got everything fixed w/ the o2 hole in all. But now since I have the a6 header and moved the o2 the end of the downpipe I have a crazy idle for about 5min after the car starts...or sometimes when I stop in put it it park. It DIDNT do this be4 I had the new header and downpipe put on and moved the o2. I also reset the ecu b/c I had a cel for my 02 being unplugged. Could there be a connection between it all??

Now my 2nd question is why in the hell dose my car run better w/o and o2??? The way I found out was I bottomed out (bad shocks and goin to fast) and hit the down pipe and cut a wire to the o2. I pulled over and check the code and bam! code 41. Drove her home and it ran awesome. Got home put a new o2 and havent drove it or rest the ecu since.

Can anyone help me out? Thanx agen in advance!!
