Trying to find some info on engine theories plz help

Well Im in search of a particular engine theory. I know if read it before there for it has to exist. Basicly it has somthing to do with the amount load the engine has a certain rpm. Like for example an engine is capable of with standing forced induction, the red line on this engine is 7k. Well although its capable of taking the additional power it can only do it at a certain rpm. SO the engine can take the 400HP boost at 6k but not at 2k, although the turbo system is capable of delivering the powa. Does that make sense to any one ? Please help I need the formula.

What's the question? You make no sense.

And the only way you're going to make 400hp at 2k rpm is if you're making like 1000hp at 6k.

or....you have some serious stroke and bore.
