    wimpy headlights

do your headlights seem like they dont project as much as other cars (ex 2003 Kia Optima LX V6) do or is it just me?

    Yes and no...

I've never liked the output our CB7s headlighs give.

Some good bulbs can/do help a bit.

No I'm talking about buying the good SilverStar or XtraVision bulbs and not just the "standard" replacement ones.

Retro fitting some HIDs on the other hand...

i have the retrofit projectors in mine with junky bulbs and they're pretty bright, i was going to pick up some silverstars for them to see how much brighter they get. The stock ones though were a bit on the dim side.

              I have SilverStar Ultra's.
They're a bit pricey ($50), but I can see twice as much as I could with standard bulbs.

It's about the best lighting you can get w/o a retrofit IMO.

TSX Projector Retro...ONLY way to go. I've got 6000K HID's that'll pwn your silverstar ultras. I can't even see my highbeams anymore over my HID low beams, thats how good they are.

But for about 250, I got my TSX projectors and a plug/play HID kit and its WAY worth the hassle of retrofitting to get that light output at night.

                      several things you can do:

                      1. Clean headlights with a polish.
                      2. Pick up new Honda OEM light bulbs.
                      3. Get a new alternator.
                      4. HID retrofit.
                      5. Install CB OEM fog lights.
