OK guys i have a 94 accord i just put in a f22b jdm motor or the spring time had it all summer in now we are at winter. Well when i let my car warm up it gets hot but then when i start driving it. It goes back down to cold and its full of antifreeze. So can anyone tell me becasue my car doesnt keep the heat warm at all.

could also have an air pocket. Did you open the bleeder while filling up the coolant, then let the car run till the fans kicked on twice? The fans kick on when the thermostat opens, then your water pump will cycle coolant through while air escapes through the bleeder. Once you have a steady stream of coolant oozing out instead of random spurts, your system should be pretty well bled.
