a friend of mine just bought his first cb and it wont fire up we changed and checked the spark plugs and wires distributer and timing belt. the mean rely works and its getting gas to the engine what could it be hellllllp

Timing could be out, cambelt could be broken.
Check the timing first.

Fuel + spark + compression all at the right time = Start
It looks like you have gone down the right track of checking things - You have fuel, you have spark, But do you have compression?
Check the compression, and see whats up.
If you have compression then either you have no spark, no fuel or the timing is incorrect.
How did you check for fuel and spark?

one by one took the plug with the wire out and tested them as i had some one trying to start the car. i tested the feul by the reulator on top of the engine it flows fine i think it might be the compression thoughunderground Society 757
