what needs to be capped

i got the a6 in and i deleted cruise control, i got the vaccum line capped that was coming from under neath it that went to the little box..is this right. also on the IM i got the one all the way on the left plugged and on the back of the IM there is two vac line inlets..my a1 only had one so i plugged the top...is this right??? and one lasts thing the little control thing that controls the butterflies..what do i do with it?

The control box, Use it. The vacuum line with the little filter looking valve goes to one of the plugs on the back of the plenum. The other one goes to the actuator on the butterflies.The second vacuum pipe out of the back of the plenum is for the automatic with the vacuum connected to the rear mount. If you have a 5spd cap it. You need the wire plug from the old harness. There is information for that is in some of the sticky's showing you where to tie the wire into. The black one ties in at the coil somewhere, and the pink one needs to go to a pin in the ECU. assuming you changed you ecu to the pt6.
