ususally it's the vehical speed sensor, but in your case, i'd check the fuses also. later.

VSS - I had the same problem. The VSS from eBay is about $20 shipped. There's a DIY with pictures and the VSS part numbers.

i changed it twice.. they were used but i tried.

A used VSS could be broken, or you might not have gotten the drive pin seated correctly. Do you know that the VSS' that you used were working before you put them in your car?

yeah i got it from my buddys car cause hes out of state rite now so i robbed him

check the electrical connector to the vss.
