    what powers the Odometer??? and could that be why my speedo dosent work mine stoped working after the accident i was in

    ususally it's the vehical speed sensor, but in your case, i'd check the fuses also. later.

      VSS - I had the same problem. The VSS from eBay is about $20 shipped. There's a DIY with pictures and the VSS part numbers.

        i changed it twice.. they were used but i tried.

          A used VSS could be broken, or you might not have gotten the drive pin seated correctly. Do you know that the VSS' that you used were working before you put them in your car?
