    Finaly

I have my things setup, and am getting time to do things to my h22. Adn im going to be getting my eg hatch this weekend.

So into the motor I want to change the valve stems. So I will have to take the head off, and I wanted to paint the block and head like MR.PHIL did. I know it would be smart to have the head milled. But should I get the block milled to or can I get away without doing it? I didnt really want to rip the engine apart just to have it milled.

Also has anyone used the gasket sets off ebay? The ones like this, and would you trust them?

    Thanks for veryones help...

I dunno bout milling of the head but if your going through the trouble of doing all that why cheap out and get a ebay gasket set......go OEM and then you wont have to worry about it

If you look hard enough you can find OEM for cheap

Back when I had my cb I bought an OEM gasket replacement set (all) for 150ish

What makes more sense.....Pay a little bit more now and not worry about it.....or pay a little now....then a little more later and so on and so forth

I dunno bout any other brands.....but really if its gonna be high quality your gonna have to pay regardless

I really wanted oem, but I saw the gasket set for 400+. But if you found one for 150ish Ima have to keep looking.

Can anyone direct me to a complete OEM gasket set?

Yes I'm pretty sure Ishino is OEM. I was trying to find the complete set for you that I seen about a week ago but I forgot the website. Give me a little while and I will find it. It came with every single gasket in one set.
