What is the proper way to set the idle?

Well I had a broken hose and replaced them all and I checked the The vacuum with a gauge and it was holding steady......
So the idle is off slightly its at 800 on stop and go and it sits at 450 on full idle at normal temp....
I was asking how to adjust it properly from the idle screw.........What is the procedure!Comment
