    Iam tryin to touch up my paint how would I go about taking off the clear coat on my paint wet sand it? Whats the best way so I can touch up the paint nad make it look all fresh of course same color, and how many loayers of clear coat? And the color is Bordeux red

    You might be able to get away with wet sanding it with a very fine grit sand paper, something like a 1500-2000 grit should work good and lightly go over the clear coat. After that's done use a buffer and some 3M rubbing compound (avail @ pep boys) and buff it out to a nice shine. That's what I've seen work pretty well on some other cars.

      So I should Wet sand it touch it up with some paint buff it through than re clear coat it?
