Is my clutch/tranny on it's way out?

Not everyday, but sometimes I feel it's a little hard to shift into gears. I also notice that when starting to move it's almost like the engine bounces a little more than usual, maybe I need to change the mounts?

I'm at 167k miles now and the red servicing sign came on some time back so maybe something in that solves these problems?

Also, shifting into second sometimes it feels like it's slipping.

sounds to me like release throwout bearing and clutch any noises aswell?
