91 accord code 43 fuel prob

I am working on a 1991 accord lx auto. this car runs like crappp!
when it runs at all the owner got water in the fuel tank and i have drained the tank and filled with high octain to help push out the water. i am getting code 43 on the ecu and have tried installing new fuel filter,plugs,wires,cap and rotor, air filter,pcv valve, and i removed and cleaned the injectors. still no luck.
i also removed the o2 sensor and converter to no avail. any help would be great. thanks

How long did the tank have water in it?
Did you check for rust in the tank?
Have you taken a fuel sample at the fuel filter inlet line to check for contaminants in the fuel?
Occassonally, fuel injector cleaner might help.
Are you sure the contaminant was water? Some substances are very damaging to the entire fuel system.
How did you clean the injectors?
Have you cheacked the fuel pressure to make sure it's OK?

Check the fuel pump, in the pasts day's mi 91 gave to me the 43 code the problem was the o2, why, the o2 have a well operative temp. maybe this could help, i just replace the cat conv.
