    Low Compression???

Hey ive been having some trouble with the engine lately.
Im not sure whats wrong but here are the symptoms:
When i put it in reverse the steering wheel shakes badly, when i come up to a stop i can see my hood vibrating more than usual and the steering wheel shaking as if its about to die, and once in a while if i start my car and drive away rite after the car bogs and loses power until i let off the gas and coast for a second but after that its fine.
    WHATS GOING ON????
    Can someone help?

For the vibrating issue - Check your engine mounts first.
Whats your idle speed when in gear?

          what mods...

what mods have you done recently?
          did you change the clutch?
kind of sounds like a problem I had with a clutch job.
The flywheel resurface was trash, needed new flywheel!
so what have you done recently?

              Its an auto.
I recently had the whole tranny rebuilt.
And how would i preform a compression test?

With a compression tester lol...pick one up at a parts house, low compression on one cylinder is usually a burnt exhaust valve, low compression on 2 adjacent cylinders is usually a head gasket, and low compression across the board...you need a rebuild buck!

it's just a bad motor mount, i did a transmission on a cb7 and in reverse it shook more than in any other gear.
