Your HC and CO on both tests are fine so your old O2 sensor is ok.
I still think the EGR port cleaning will solve your problems.
If you want to lower the NoX by cheating, putting in high octane gas (and maybe even a bottle of octane booster) and retarding the distributor the max possible amount might just be enough to get you by (but at 1700ppm, I kind of doubt it). Good luck!
