Oil on spark plugs, changing piston rings?

Alright so this has been a problem for a little while now. I changed my rotor and dist. cap, spark plugs, and wires maybe 2 or 3 months ago. When I removed my spark plugs, 3/5 of them were drenched in oil. Not just caked on or dirty, but oil was literally dripping off of them.

Sooooo...I would say it's maybe blown piston rings? If not, what else would cause this to happen? My PCV valve is alright, I changed it anyways just to be sure. How hard would it be to change the rings and does it require removing the head?

I had this problem when i got my jdm f20a. more than likely its the rings but it could also be the valve stem seals maybe even the valve guides. it would be easier to remove the head.

Is this your cb you're talking about?

It's your lower tube seals. Ready..set...search.

This is on my Vigor. It could be the lower tube seals...that would be easiest to do. When I start it up for the first time of the day, it takes a little bit to start up...dunno if it's burning up all the oil or what.

Are the lower tube seals number 22? http://www.acuraoemparts.com/delray/...All&vinsrch=no

I can't find it anywhere else.

when your motor burns oil it isnt the cause of your spark plugs dripping. you'd see it on the porcelin and on the first couple threads.

Yea, it's not on the porcelain, it's on the electrode part and all over the threads in the chamber.

Those are rocker assy. seals. There is no mistaking blown rings as they kind of obvious. Any doubt, compression test.

If its dripping off the spark plug, its because there is oil in your sparkplug tube.
                        wat?
