for some odd reason my RPMs skip when im at WOT or part throttle. i have no problems with it til i get to about 4k. after that the RPM gauge and the motor starts to skip. i replaced the cap, rotor, and plugs(from Spec A-II for those who know) but it was a '90. the car i have now is a '92 with an external coil. plugs havent been changed yet tho. would that be the problem? plugs and that external coil wire?

I say inspect your plugs and wires. Also check to see if you have leaky lower tube seals. If you have any oil in the plug chambers, then that's most likely your prob.

man it kind of sounds like the icm in your dizzy! the other thing i would check is the i/p fuse box(the one in the lower left kick panel) there is a ecu fuse,i/g controls, and tach fuses. i have seen them lose connection and cause similiar problems. wiggle the fuses at the bottom of the fuse box see if it makes a differencesome cars have wings cuz they look cool.
some cars have wings cuz they increase efficiency.
some cars have wings to keep them from taking flight.
