No, you said it didn't really affect the pedal feel, but it can.

Lighter pressure, and no disengagement point=different feel.

You could always take the inspection plate off of the bottom of the tranny (between the bell housing and the oil pan, 3x10mm bolts) and see if there is anything to see.

Last time I did mine, it took forever to get all the air out. I was running clear fluid and all, but I still didn't have a good feel. I just kept at it, and eventually the air bubbled out.

I think I'll get a vacuum bleeder... My shoulder is STILL killing me (bad shoulder... did it by hand, not foot)

I'll probably pull the tranny anyway. There may be nothing seriously wrong under there, but the throwout bearing is definitely bad... it's been groaning for a while now.

Hey deev, is the fluid even reaching the slave? Like when you open the slave cylinder does fluid poor out? Because this once happened to me and wen I tried 2 bleed it no fluid came out the slave and then I realized that my clutch hose was clogged. Maybe you need to replace that

That would be how I bled an entire bottle of fluid through it yes...
