Driver's side door panel rattle

Sometimes during acceleration, my driver's side door panel rattles, this goes away when i put my knee or arm with pressure against the panel.
Is there something loose in the panel or is it just time for a new one?

I'm wondering this because it feels like there's a bit of play on the panel.

have you taken the door panel off before? sometimes the plastic push-pins get worn or bent and some of them don't hold tight anymore. also check to see if you have a any loose screws. later.
