Problem with my revs!!
Check this out and see if any of you can help me on this. I'll jump on the freeway and settle down at a steady 70 mph and stay there like I usually do. Out of no where my rpm's will jump from 2950 to 3100, just like that and stay at 3100. What gives? :wtf:

Does the engine actually rev up or is your tach just indicating a fluctuation in RPM. If the tach is "fluttering" then it is possible you have an igniter issue.

Yeah, auto and the engine revs along with the tach as if it were a small boost.

have you performed a systems diagnostic test in other words is the car shootin any codes maybe its your spark check your ignition system and fuel management maybe you got some bad gas inside the tank bro.Comment

Some of the guys on honda-tech said its like the overdrive in the 90-91 models, it shifts automatically:
"It is shifting... It is the equvalent of overdrive or the "sport" buttion the 90-91 accords."
