replaced the front upper control arms, so obviously, I had to disconnect the neg from the batt so I could safely undo (not disconnecting any wire that is attached) the fuse box and shoved it slightly to make room. However, as I completed the up con arms, I couldn't start the engine.
syptoms: as key is turned to the ON position, all I get is a few little clicks. Also, for some strange reason, after usually three turns on the key ignition, there is no click and the cluster is not lit (as if power didn't get through).
So, next thing I did, was went and got a new REMANU starter. after installation, Same thing - NO Crank!
I'm a little clueless right now and some advice to which approach to try next would be greatly appreciated.
My next approah is to take the starter back and have it tested. If it is tested good, then I'll try to start the engine using the direct starter method.
Thanks!
