After that filter leaking solved,I am aiming at solving the leaking valve gasket problem.The thing is I am not so sure if I can still use the oild wires or they are not good.How to check if the wires are ok or not? And I am wondering if there would be any drop in engine performance if the vavle gasket is shot.What will you get if you have a leaky vavle gasket? Thanx guys!

To test the spark plug wires you need a multimeter or a resistance tester. I believe Honda specifies the resistance in each wire should be less than 25 kilo-ohms, so if they are all less than that you are good to go.
What you do is pull the spark plug wire off of the spark plug and off of the distributor cap and put an electrode on each end. Make sure you have the multimeter set in the correct range for the resistance to register. Test them one at a time and don't forget to test the wire going from the distributor back to the ignitor or where ever it goes.
As far as the valve gasket leaking, if you mean the valve cover gasket you will have oil up around the top of the engine. If you mean an actual seal for a particular valve, I'm not sure what you need to look for.
