DO you still have your Accord ECU? when I did my 1st h22a swap I fail on the "CO" test with the JDM H22A ECU, it ran a bit rich on the fuel side. I reuse the accord PT3 ECU and let the catalic converter heat up good like 15-20 min highway driving and went to the test after that [Do Not SHut the Engine off while waiting in line for test] Keep the rev up i keep mind around 2000 rpm until it my turn and I pass all 3 test ok this time. Put back my JDM P13 ECU and good for another 2 year. GL on your test...
