DO you still have your Accord ECU? when I did my 1st h22a swap I fail on the "CO" test with the JDM H22A ECU, it ran a bit rich on the fuel side. I reuse the accord PT3 ECU and let the catalic converter heat up good like 15-20 min highway driving and went to the test after that [Do Not SHut the Engine off while waiting in line for test] Keep the rev up i keep mind around 2000 rpm until it my turn and I pass all 3 test ok this time. Put back my JDM P13 ECU and good for another 2 year. GL on your test...

Well I passed! Things I did:
          1. New NGK spark plugs
          2. New K&N air filter
          3. Raised tire pressure to 40psi
          4. Raised oil level
          5. Hit VTEC a few times on the freeway
          6. Filled up at QT
          Here are the new results.

Congrats, your inexpensive tune up worked great. How did the old plugs look?
