ok so i got this 91 civic hatch with a blown head yesterday FO FREE!! body has no dents at all...with some rust..anyways.. any suggestion on where to pick up a cheap head??? and also anyone no how to get picks off my phone onto photobucket??? idk how and its getting annoying...

As for the head issue, check the local jy, or Craigslist, perhaps Ebay?? As for getting pics off your cell phone to your computer, you could email them to yourself, send a picture message, but instead of typing in a phone number, type in your email address, I've done it numerous times, but, your cell phone provider may charge you per picture message. junk yards are a good bet to start off with, and check on some civic forum's. I lot of times they will have some for sale there with a lot of extra goodies already.

If you do go the junk yard route though. Do some research and make sure you get what head you want, a lot of them are interchangeable depending on what you're looking for. And don't skimp when putting it all back together again.

As for your phone. I have verizon and it doesn't let me e-mail pictures.. or maybe it's just my phone. But good luck with that.

lol idk whats wrong my uncle just said its got a bad head on it...and i could see anti freeze in the engine when we took the valve cover off, any ideas??

usally antifreeze in the eninge means atleast a blown head gasket and possably jacked head. do a comprestion check then take the head off-you should get a leak down test done to the head to see if anythings wrong/tweaked. just my 2 cents

anywhere from $750 to $2,500. You just need to look around on the internet to find different engine sites. But I would check your local craigslist first. A lot of times kids will take them out of cars to resell.

Sounds like you need to find out what is actualy wrong with the car before you buy a new head, ect. It may need to just be resurfaced and then thrown back on with a new headgasket.
