check your motor/tranny mounts before you get into anything else. if they look ripped/torn, replace them and see what that does for the shifting

another thing you might want to try is to change your fluid, replace it with only honda fluid. It gives the best results

I may be wrong, but from what ive seen and heard, there is no cure for this.

You can get it to not shift as hard, but you will still feel it when it shifts. Changing the fluid and/or putting Honda fluid in will help. And yes, replacing mounts should help as well.

I just changed the fluid and while it did make a difference, I can still feel it shift prett good.

could there be a problem with the CMC? maybe its not disengaging the gears correctly...? just a thought. i had a minor problem with my cmc until i realized it was shot and i had to keep throwing in fluid just to be able to shift.

There is no clutch master cylinder on an auto tranny... Mine shifts hard too, but I think its from my sisters Neutral drop shifts... Just get used to it... also do you mean the car "kicks" or the shifter lever is hard to move?

the car kicks really hard!!! only when i accelerate kind of fast and let off < as soon as i let off and it shifts, it shift hard as shit.... but if im accelerating through the shift then it shifts way smoother not hard at alll.. im thinking motor mounts...

Yeah thats what it sounds like.

I thought I read to test them you like rev the car up to about 1k and while holding the brake put it into R and if it klunks its bad...

Check your mounts and do a fluid flush.

I flushed with some Import Pennzoil Dex/Mec
                        wat?

                            do this:
Put your car in drive and set the Ebrake. Open the hood and have someone press the gas to put a load on the engine. If the engine rocks excessively, then its your mounts that are shot.

Do the same for Reverse and also watch the engine as you shift from Park to Reverse to Neutral to Drive. Watch the engine and see how much movement it has, there really shouldn't be that much movement.

If you hear a metal THUD sound, then the rubber mounts have no dampening left and its most likely a metal to metal contact, which could be causing your harsh shifting.
