maybe just go get a CAI off ebay and buy a AEM bpv,it should be fine.If you are willing to throw some extra into CAI,then go get the AEM one.
CAI actually is really good,I haven't tried before but now I am driving with my AEM SR,noticed that the performance varies a bit from daytime to nighttime, car performs a little better at night,I assume that it's cauz the temp is lower and the whole engine bay temp decreases. I am wondering if I use a true CAI,would it be better at day time since the filter is kinda far from the engine bay.

the only thing I noticed is the throttle response, better now,the rest? Maybe the sound, rev a bit harder you will hear the whistle sound, very cool. For the money........I think the price is ok now, actually the difference from ebay ones is just the filter. You can save some money by buying a SR from ebay and put a K&N on it. That would be almost the same as AEM yet they claim that AEM intakes have a better coating in their pipes can lower the intake air temp a bit......
