1. How would I know if my throttle cable is bad 2. can some give me info or syntoms of not having an o2 sensor muffler shop tossed it(dumbasses!!!!

is the gas pedal sticking... is it an auto? if it is i know you can use a manual cable and it makes it a little more sensistive on the pedal...
2. no o2 = throwing CEL codes... maybe not as good gas milage... exsaust leak... i would get one soon as you can

well it's not supposed to be hella tight at idle. And it's supposed to get more slack as you're under the hood and move the throttle.
