Hey guys. I'm getting a hissing noise from the car when its on. It seems to be coming from the brake booster area, but I can't pin point it and 4 technicians at my job can't find it. When I turn the car off I can hear it for about 5 seconds then it goes away. Any idea as to what that could be and how do a go about resolving the issue? Any input will be greatly appreciated, thanks. Later

I did check the lines but could not find anything. The car runs the same, and there are no oddities, nor is the idle any different.

Just take the line that comes off of the booster and plug it and see if it happensGangGreenGang 330kmiles Strong

I checked the brake booster, and low and behold thats exactly what it was. My brakes are fine, the pedal does not get really stiff or anything like that so are there any risks I should be aware of because I can't afford to replace it right now, but I have to get around. Anyway...thanks for the help guys.GangGreenGang 330kmiles Strong
