Cruise control removal

I just removed the cruise control actuator but I cant seem to find out how I can disconnect the cable that goes into the firewall. Would I have to remove it from the other side or is there anyway I can remove from the engine bay?

it's hooked up to the back of the gas pedal. unhook and feed it through the firewall.

dont forget to take out the cc box in front of main relay, it will give you much needed cooling for MR
