CEL trouble

Ok I just fixed my check engine light that was burnt out. As soon as I started driving it turn on. Did the paperclip trick and it gave me a code 12 and 41

12- EGR
41-primary oxygen sensor heater

Anyone know how to fix these problems?

well clean out the egr, then take the negative off the battery, wait a minute, and put in back on. then see what it does
