Door indicator and trunks lights come on while driving

Occasionally, when I'm driving the car, the red door-is-open and trunk-is-open indicator lights come on for about 5 seconds. It seems to happen more often after a rain, but now happens once almost every time I commute to work.

What could be causing this?

Replace your door open sensors. Thats what I did
