    CV or Differential problem

Ok so i took a couple of videos, showing whats up. I get alot of play where the passenger CV shaft goes into the transmission, and I get alot of wheel jutter as well.
    It's a JDM H22 with a 92 lx 5spd transmission.

So the question is, do i have a bad differential, bad CV shaft, or both?

And I'm a bit confused on the wheel jutter, I jacked it up, and everything seems tight, like upper lower ball joints, control arms and everything.

    Well here's the videos:

looks like theres tons of play in the CV joint. So I would think a new axle.

Can you shake the other side of the cv joint, as in the part that goes into the tranny (the can looking part)? If it only moves when you jerk on the axle, but not on the other side, then it is failing at the joint. replace it quick.

not the joint. i can physically move the part that goes into the tranny.

Do you have the correct axle (one for your car, and not a civic or something)?

make sure it's all the way in. Can you take a picture of the bottom of it, where it goes into the tranny?

good ideas benji but gimme a little more credit... i've done more CVs and transmissions on CB7s that i ever wanted to.

i'm pretty sure the differential is shot.
