It seems a rear seat swap would be far more difficult than a front seat swap. Considering the rear seats fit more in line with the interior, the differences between the two may not be worth it.Bart: What's your name?

94-2003 will fit, I'm almost 99% sure.
Even TLs will fit, I've heard.
But 04s, highly doubt it, and its not worth the modifications.
