now im going to bring my reciept to the dealership to make sure and i will buy the other set that i was missing.
hopefully changing this solves it...

alright, i went to the dealership yesterday and the guy said he doesnt know what lower or upper tube seals are because they didnt show up on the computer.
He said they're either sprkplug seals or seals on the head of the engine, which are below the sparkplug seals.
so im assuming the ones on the head of the engine are the lower tube seals?

they would also be called rocker arm o-rings. They're like this rubber band looking thing except perfectly round in diameter here's a pic:

cool, so do you guys think that this would fix my problem?
ive already gotten a valve cover gasket kit from the dealership and changed that.

yeah, the uppers don't do squat, the lowers fixed it on both my cb's
