    Reading Scales/Pressure

*Assume i got these meters/gauges already*...
So i got questions on how to read scales/pressure...such as Oil and Fuel Pressure or Volt.
I want to know, what the steady ranged pressure for Oil and of course for Fuel. I know these are to monitor how our engine performs that's similar to Air/Fuel Ratio, water temperature, Volt, etc...and if a certain pressure isn't at it's normal operating pressure/scale...i would know what's wrong more clearly.
Again, Oil and Fuel pressure, but if you guys wanna throw in those other reading scales, PLEASE dont hesitate. I wanna know all i can and at the same time let others on here know...Thanks!
BTW if this has been covered before, well i couldn't find it with our superpowers (search) we have on here hahaha. Im sure u guys found out how to read these stuff somehow right?

oh.. sorry.. Pretty much, what's the correct pressure for fuel, oil, or volt? (Though i dont think Volt doesn't run by pressure). And like if pressure was low like fuel...then of course would mean not enough fuel and so on..but what would it mean for a high pressure of fuel? ya know?

I know Im not really answering anything, but go find a technical manual like a Haynes or Chilton. Theres more info in one of those books than youll probably ever need. I hardly ever work on my car without my Chilton manual open (especially since that particular one covers Accords AND Preludes..everything I need in one book)

Edit: Id go look stuff up in it, but its in my car, which is in a shop, so no can do.

on the oil press as long as it doesn't go under 10-12psi ur fine.
on cold start up it can be anywhere from 65-85 psi, under throttle about the same. and while idiling (under normal operating temp) it'll be around 10-12psi.

for the volts gauge, anything between 12 to 14 volts.

A/F, u dont want it to read too rich or too lean, u want the mixture to be stoich. but these gauges usually tend to be on a narrow band. meaning it is not as acurate. So dont worry to much about it.

Fuel pressure, im not sure what the specs on those are. i believe it's somewhere in the 38-42 psi range. this one is gonna be the most steady one, with very little flucuation.
