BIG bad mistake (downshift on accident)

Ok well i was out cruising around tonight and an S2000 kept wanted to screw with me( c'mon now im in a wagon) but anywayz so i bite. We are goin and hes pulled about a car on me from a 2nd gear punch at 35 to 3rd gear. Goin to shift into 4th hes about 2 1/2 cars ahead of me now. Well this is where i F*CKED up. I accidently threw it into 2nd gear instead of 4th. Well The car is idling fine. There arent any fluids anywhere but the problem is the clutch is slipping really bad. To the point where i had to park it and had my girlfriend bring me my other car. Now im not for sure its the clutch but it could be something else. When i try to take off the gears just rev pretty good but it engages eventually. Now its to the point to where i can put it in first gear and left off the clutch completely with the brake down and the car wont even stall. Rpms drop to like 400 but it doesnt stall in 1st gear at a complete stop. Im pretty sure its the clutch but just want some extra input.

p.s. i know some of u guys call BS on the race but please keep in mind i am boosted.

Yep sounds like the clutch - dropping the clutch when going into an accidental downshift, combined with the revlimiter and high rpms creates massive engine braking and It happens so quick that the clutch linings often just get ripped off.

I've done this before but caught it before I completely let out the clutch.
Sounds like your clutch got quite the shock treatment.
