Car is making a BOV noise.

    If in fact you can release vacuum, I suppose the correct terminology would be Replacing vacuum?
    Either way, its normal and noticable when turing the car off - My intake manifold holds vacuum for a good 2-3 seconds after the engine is off, which is where the noise comes from as the negative pressure is replaced with atmospheric pressure through the throttle butterfly

      That's it! I knew someone on here would have the answer. It also explains the noise I originally posted about. Sweet. Thanks for the enlightenment.
