Noise from distributor, bearing?

Engine: JDM H22A

Noise started coming from the dizzy not 30 minutes ago, sounds like something squeaking/rattling. Im guessing its the dizzy bearing. Anyone else have any input?

And also is it possible to rebuild the distro and change it to external coil? Or even use a USDM H22 External coil and distro?

Kind of ironic I just replaced the wires/plugs and then the dizzy goes >_<

Could be. Pull it off and see if it's hard to turn. If it needs a bearing, NAPA has them for $16
