People have tested the XTD pressure plates and found them to offer even less resistance than stock. Probably explains why my "Stage 3" six puck clutch feels like my old, worn, riding-on-rivets stock clutch! It works, though... and it does grip well enough. My "Stage 3" probably holds as well as a better "Stage 1"... the "Stage 2" there is probably as good as a stocker as far as grip goes... good thing you didn't get a "Stage 1"
It'll work. I've put quite a few miles on mine, and beat on it a few times... still holding up. It's not high quality, but for as quickly as you go through cars, Wayne... it'll outlast your ownership of that car.

Mine is fucked up once it is a little heated now after ~25k.
However, I've got one of their pressure plates (10 lb) and I love it. It's deffinately a throw away flywheel (no resurfacing), but it works well for all the abuse I've thrown at it while matched to a stock Exedy clutch and f22.
