275 for 10-12 mins is good i believe, but always monitor them and ive heard that with plastic you could put them on like moist towels to keep from melting the plastic.
200 for 10-12 mins and you can pry them apart with a flat screw driver. Make sure that you take the adjustment buckets, the clips, and the bulbs off also before baking the lights.
the lenses are polycarbonate and 200 degrees shouldn't do anything to them, just make sure they are oil free. I did my 2001 Focus headlights myself and it worked great.
