not sure if he'll read this since he is banned but if you go on ebay and check the guides out, with shipping it will cost around 3 dollars a pop.
installation is 80 bucks and a valve job is mandatory since you mess with the position of the valve face on the seat.
we charge 180 for a 16valve valve job.
also recommended for a surface = 50 bucks.
so looks like you are into it around 360 bucks. id just get a good head from the junkyard or a rebuilt one.

Whats your reason for wanting to replace them anyway?
They hardly ever fail, and most people that think there leaking find after replacing them that they weren't the problem.
But yea $3 sounds about right
BTW they can be replaced without taking the valves out - If you feed/hold compressed air in the cylinder the valves will stay in place

A "Finished" project car is never finished until its been sold.
If at first you don't succeed, Try again. Don't give up too easily, persistance pays off in the end.
