so i finaly got the car to run now all it does on idle is goes up and down, up and down and acts like it wants to die the motor is an f22a1 the ecu is a p75 what could be wrong

and also i was just wondering if i can use an ecu out of an auto car bc if im correct they have their own tcu to control the transmission right?

yes they do have their own tcu, there was a thread about a part that you can take off on the intake manifold and clean to solve surging idles, here it is....http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=100162 copy and paste sir

^^^^^^^ Thanks it really worked for me and that thing was dirty as hell so i took it all a part and cleaned it than tested it and adjusted it.
once done it worked like magic
