i need to fix my 2 dents

i took the front driver and passenger doors out today to install the pionner 6.5's that i had laying in the closet for soo long now i need the back ones

but anyways i got a couple big dents in my back doors (sedan)
and i was wondering if i could take the door off from the inside and see if i could get to the back side of the metal and maybe heat it up and try to pop it out?

    im tempted to try

    has anyone tried?

Post up a pic of the actual dent please.
Also depends wether they are dents or creases/gouges.

I've taken door dents out of my mates Primera - vandal damage
Tools used - 4x2, 2x1, cold chisel, dolley and a hammer
Took me about 40 mins per door (they were creased and on a curve, so it had to be reshaped) and the end result, was a straight door that just needed a light skin of filler.

well i got a big dent on one side just by tapping on it lightly with a hammer with a rag on the inside of the door =)

but the other one is like BENT it's impossible to fix

looks like someone hit it backing out of a parking lot

i believe it might need new door

or that thing they stick in and make a hole in the door and pull it out and just seal it and paint it =)
